The crew at Butler RV center were by far the best we talked with. They showed us what to look for in quality and told us to go compare their equipment to some of the other brands. Buying from them was a no brainer. Their team made the process simple and painless. When we picked up our new camper, we were able to spend 2 hours with a service technician who taught us all about the camper and what services will need done and when. I’ve never felt more comfortable with a new piece of equipment than I did when I left there. We left the dealer and went camping that day. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐3/30/24 "I just wanted to write this review to describe the level of exemplary service our family found at Butler RV and with Kurtis specifically. Most of our interactions were done via phone, email, text, and FaceTime too! I had selected our camper very specifically and they just happened to have one on their lot that had all the packages we wanted for our first family travel trailer. Kurtis was so attentive to our questions and concerns, especially because we were buying it practically sight unseen. He gave us a tour via FaceTime going over even the smallest minutiae that one might not even consider when purchasing a camper for the first time. His response time was very quick and helped us make the decision to drive the 4+ hours across the state with our two boys, 4 and 7. When we arrived they were so understanding with our boys just wanting to go in the camper, even though it was being equipped to be taken home. When we had mistakenly thought we had our towing package on our vehicle ready to go, they were able to offer us a wireless option that we were unaware of but greatly prefer and gave us a greater sense of comfort when driving across the state again in some weird spring snow squall! The finance department was kindness itself, efficient, and lively which made the experience of signing and initialing ad nauseam a pleasant and joyous endeavor. Everyone we encountered at Butler RV was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. We love our new camper, but we are also so very glad we made the trek to finally meet Kurtis in person, experiencing his kindness, his willingness to make sure we were more than satisfied with our decision gave us the comfort and peace of mind knowing that driving off the lot we had been taken care of in our purchase. Kurtis also gave us some campsite ideas this his family loves to go. We have already booked one of them for this summer!
