7We had an excellent experience buying a new travel trailer. Kurtis was very helpful, honest, and thorough. He helped us find our best fit even though it was a less expensive model than what we were originally looking at. Both the trade and purchase processes were smooth and transparent — there were no surprises or surprise fees and everyone we interacted with was helpful and kind. A big shoutout to Jason who did our walkthrough at the end. He was awesome and explained everything to us extremely well.

1Absolutely the best customer service! Scott and Jason are very knowledgeable and weren't pushy at all. Jason even called me a few days later and made sure everything went well on the ride home. Even helped me with some information on my weight distribution hitch. This is the third one we bought there, wouldn't even consider going somewhere else.

5I just wanted to write this review to describe the level of exemplary service our family found at Butler RV and with Kurtis specifically. I had selected our camper very specifically and they just happened to have one on their lot that had all the packages we wanted for our first family travel trailer. Kurtis was so attentive to our questions and concerns, especially because we were buying it practically sight unseen. He gave us a tour via FaceTime going over even the smallest minutiae and helped us make the decision to drive 4+ hours across the state with our two boys.
114We showed up to Butler RV 20 minutes before closing and Scott was more than happy to show us a few RVs. He explained a lot about the different layouts, brands, and exteriors and answered all of our questions — so professional even though it was time to go home! Scott made the whole purchase process very easy, and Jason gave us a crash course on how to maneuver while driving. Everyone we spoke to there was awesome.
